• Be a U.S. military veteran, veteran spouse, or authorized family member

One Account Per Person: You may not create multiple accounts or allow others to use your account.

Content Ownership: You retain ownership of content you post, but grant SCVBG a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

Prohibited Content: You may not post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, malware, or malicious code
• Misrepresents your identity or affiliation
• Violates our Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCVBG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold SCVBG harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
